Key Responsibilities

- Direct and manage all pharmacy operations, ensuring adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

- Licensed Pharmacist in the state of Coahuila, Mexico.

- Demonstrated success in leading teams and managing pharmacy operations.
- Strong understanding of pharmacy laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in pharmacy management systems and financial reporting tools.
- Experience with inventory management systems and cost control strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent; Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
