About the Role

Our client, a prestigious hospitality group in Cancún, Quintana Roo , is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist. This role is pivotal in driving the recruitment strategy for various operational and management positions within the organization, ensuring we attract and hire the best talent to maintain our high standards of service. You will be instrumental in building and nurturing a strong talent pipeline, contributing directly to the success and growth of our client's operations in this vibrant tourist destination. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top-tier candidates for a diverse range of roles within the hospitality sector.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and define position requirements.
- Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including behavioral and competency-based interviews.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date candidate database and track recruitment metrics.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Participate in career fairs and employer branding initiatives.




- Stay abreast of labor market trends and best practices in talent acquisition within the Mexican Caribbean.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the hospitality or tourism industry.
- Proven track record of successfully filling diverse roles, from entry-level to management.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws in Mexico.
- Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS software.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Spanish and a strong command of English is essential.
- Experience with hybrid work models and collaborating effectively across different work settings.
