Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a 360 Recruitment Consultant who can seamlessly bridge the gap between business development and candidate delivery.

If you thrive on prospecting B2B clients for executive search & HR solutions and know how to run a full-cycle recruitment process from start to finish, this role is for you.

What you’ll do:

- Business Development: Prospect, pitch, and close key accounts for headhunting and specialized HR services.

- Account Management: Build strong, advisory relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.

- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Source, screen, interview, and present top-tier candidate slates for key positions.

What we’re looking for:

- Proven track record in a dual role (B2B Sales + Headhunting/Recruiting).

- Solid understanding of the HR services and executive search market.

- Strong focus on hitting commercial targets and meeting delivery deadlines.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
