About the Role

Our client, a leading firm in the Servicios Inmobiliarios sector, is looking for a highly skilled and ambitious Desarrollador Inmobiliario to join their team in Chihuahua, Chihuahua . This role is central to identifying, planning, and executing real estate development projects from conception through completion. The idóneo candidate will have a strong understanding of urban planning, construction management, zoning regulations, and financial feasibility. You will be responsible for overseeing all phases of the development process, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. We seek a proactive individual with a proven ability to manage complex projects and navigate the intricacies of the local real estate market in Chihuahua .

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate potential development opportunities, including land acquisition and site analysis.
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies to determine project viability and potential returns.
- Oversee the design and planning phases, working with architects, engineers, and consultants.
- Manage the permitting and approval process with local authorities in Chihuahua .
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and timelines.
- Select and manage contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers throughout the construction phase.
- Ensure compliance with all building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with legal teams for land acquisition, zoning, and contract negotiations.
- Market and sell or lease completed properties, working closely with the sales and leasing teams.




- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including investors, community members, and government officials.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in real estate development, project management, or a related role within the Servicios Inmobiliarios industry.
- Demonstrated experience in managing the full development cycle of residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, zoning laws, and permitting procedures in Chihuahua .
- Excellent financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and investment analysis.
- Proven ability to negotiate effectively and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
- Fluency in Spanish is essential; knowledge of English is beneficial.
