About the Role

Our client, a well-established insurance provider, is seeking a dedicated Property and Casualty Insurance Agent to join their office in Cuernavaca, Morelos . This role is centered around advising clients on the best insurance solutions for their homes, vehicles, and businesses, ensuring they are adequately protected against potential risks. The idóneo candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, a strong understanding of property and casualty insurance products, and the ability to build lasting client relationships. Key Responsibilities

- Consult with clients to identify their insurance needs for property and casualty coverage.
- Explain the features, benefits, and limitations of various insurance policies (e.g., auto, home, business).
- Provide accurate quotes and help clients select the most suitable coverage options.
- Process new insurance applications and renewals efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain client records and update policy information as needed.
- Assist clients with policy changes, inquiries, and claims processes.




- Develop relationships with clients to foster loyalty and encourage referrals.
- Stay informed about industry trends and product offerings in property and casualty insurance.
- Meet and exceed sales and retention goals.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant insurance regulations and company policies.

Requirements

- Proven experience as an insurance agent, preferably in property and casualty.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, underwriting, and claims procedures.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in insurance software and CRM systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Relevant insurance licenses required to operate in Morelos .
