About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of backend services and APIs.
- Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code in languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js.
- Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback.
- Debug and resolve backend issues, ensuring application stability and performance.
- Work with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL) for data storage and retrieval.
- Contribute to testing strategies, including unit and integration testing.
- Learn and apply best practices in software architecture, security, and scalability.

Requirements

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science,



Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Solid understanding of programming principles and data structures.
- Proficiency in at least one backend programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Go, Node.js).
- Familiarity with web frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, Spring Boot, Express.js).
- Basic knowledge of database systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
- Understanding of RESTful API principles.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote environment.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Mexico.
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote employment.
