What You’ll Be Doing

- Assist customers over the phone to determine their needs, answer inquiries, and provide detailed information on firm services
- Apply sales techniques to effectively persuade prospective clients to acquire firm services
- Build lasting relationships and handle client concerns to ensure high satisfaction and trust

What You Need

- Native Spanish speaker with conversational English skills
- Results-oriented attitude with a positive mindset and strong teamwork focus
- Full-time availability for assigned shifts within the operational window
- Call center or sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory

Visible Gross Monthly Salary: $15,000.00 MXN

What We Offer You

- Commissions: $5 USD per appointment set (paid weekly)
- Food vouchers: $1,000 MXN monthly
- Paid time off: 5 PTO days per year
- Schedule: 5 days of work and 2 days off (shifts scheduled within the 6:00 AM - 9:00 PM operational window)
