Resolv Integral is seeking a Project Manager based in Mexico for a fully remote role. You will manage day-to-day delivery of BPO projects, coordinate with clients and internal teams, and drive performance improvements while maintaining proactive client communication.
The ideal candidate has BPO experience, strong English communication, and a proven ability to own project outcomes in a fully remote setup. This role reports to the Senior Client Success Manager / Mexico Head of Operations.
