Johanson Technology Inc. in Tijuana, MX seeks a Process Engineer III for our Front-End Manufacturing to investigate root causes, develop process controls, and monitor critical parameters.

You will drive yields and throughput, reduce costs in milling, tape casting, thick film printing, lamination and cutting, and support ramp from pilot to volume production. The position requires 3+ years in medium-to-high volume manufacturing, strong analysis skills, and fluency in English and Spanish.
