Key Responsibilities

- Assist in developing and refining underwriting guidelines and policies.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in credit analysis, risk management, or surety underwriting.
- Strong understanding of financial statement analysis, cash flow projections, and risk assessment methodologies.
- In-depth knowledge of surety bond types, contract requirements, and underwriting principles.
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using financial analysis software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely.
