Key Responsibilities:

- Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and desired experiences.
- Research and recommend all-inclusive vacation packages, including accommodations, dining, and activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on travel industry trends, destination offerings, and promotional deals to provide clients with the best options.
- Handle all aspects of the booking process, including reservations, modifications, and cancellations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide clients with necessary travel documentation and information, including itineraries, travel tips, and destination insights.




- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with suppliers and partners to secure the best rates and services for clients.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in travel consulting or a related field, with a focus on all-inclusive vacations.
- Strong knowledge of popular travel destinations, resorts and activities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer‑focused mindset.
