Amazon Operations is seeking an Area Manager to lead a large team of Amazon Associates in a Fulfillment Center. You will mentor, coach and develop staff while ensuring safety, quality and performance goals are met in a fast-paced distribution environment.

The role requires strong leadership, Lean/Six Sigma experience, and the ability to manage multiple complex projects. Flexibility for weekends, nights, and holidays is needed to support peak periods and operations.
