About the Role

Our client, a dynamic tech startup, is seeking an experienced Mobile Application Project Manager to lead the development of innovative mobile solutions. This role is ideal for a candidate passionate about mobile technology and adept at managing the full lifecycle of app development. You will be responsible for guiding cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and QA testers, to deliver high-quality mobile applications on time and within budget. The position offers a hybrid work model, allowing for a blend of remote work and on-site collaboration at our offices in Acapulco, Guerrero, MX. The adecuado candidate will have a strong understanding of both i OS and Android development platforms, agile methodologies, and experience managing complex app projects. You will play a key role in defining project scope, managing backlogs, mitigating risks, and ensuring seamless communication between teams and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of mobile applications, from concept to deployment. Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources effectively. Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Scrum or Kanban methodologies. Collaborate closely with product owners, designers, and development teams to define requirements and prioritize features. Oversee the work of UI/UX designers, mobile developers (i OS/Android), and QA engineers. Identify, assess, and manage project risks and dependencies. Ensure the quality and performance of delivered mobile applications. Communicate project status, updates,



and key decisions to stakeholders regularly. Foster a collaborative and productive team environment. Stay current with the latest mobile technology trends and best practices. Manage app store submission processes and post-launch updates. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management, with a significant focus on mobile application development. Proven experience managing native i OS and/or Android app projects. Strong understanding of mobile development lifecycles, tools, and technologies. Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Proficiency in mobile project management tools (e.g., Jira Mobile, Asana, Trello). Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Experience with cross-functional team management. Benefits
