We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with 4+ years of experience in process analysis and business requirements to join our team

What you will do: Map and document AS-IS and TO-BE business processes. Analyze complex processes to find gaps, inconsistencies, risks, and improvement opportunities. Turn business needs into clear functional requirements that teams can act on. Document business rules, flows, exceptions, and acceptance criteria. Lead workshops and discovery sessions with business, operations, and technology teams. Resolve ambiguities and align definitions across multiple stakeholders. Follow up on implementation and confirm that solutions meet business needs. Take part in transformation and continuous improvement projects for operational processes. What you’ll need: 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst,



or in a similar role. Proven experience in the Retail industry, especially store operations, warehouses, inventory, cash registers, payment methods, and operational finance processes. A track record of documenting complex end-to-end processes. Experience gathering functional requirements for enterprise products or systems. Experience working with cross-functional teams (Operations, Business, Technology, Product, Development). Strong analytical thinking and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
