About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement operational plans to optimize the use of sports facilities and resources. Manage budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial targets are met or exceeded. Oversee the scheduling and coordination of all sports events, training sessions, and activities. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and security regulations. Lead and mentor a team of facility staff, coaches, and support personnel. Foster strong relationships with athletes, sports federations, and community stakeholders. Implement and monitor quality control measures to enhance participant experience. Manage inventory of sports equipment and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels. Identify opportunities for program improvement and expansion.



Requirements Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sports operations management or a similar leadership role. Proven experience in budget management and financial oversight. Strong knowledge of sports regulations, event management, and facility operations. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively. Proficiency in sports management software and standard office applications. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams. Passion for sports and commitment to athletic excellence. Reside in or be willing to relocate to Culiacán, Sinaloa.
