Key Responsibilities
Develop and oversee a comprehensive player development curriculum for all age groups and skill levels. Recruit and manage a team of highly qualified tennis coaches and support staff. Implement player assessment and evaluation systems to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Create individualized training plans tailored to the specific needs and goals of each player. Ensure a holistic approach to player development, including technical, tactical, physical, and mental aspects. Manage the academy's budget, resources, and facilities effectively. Liaise with players, parents, and other stakeholders to foster a collaborative environment. Organize and manage participation in national and international tennis tournaments.



Stay abreast of the latest trends and innovations in tennis coaching and player development. Promote a positive, disciplined, and competitive training culture. Requirements Extensive experience in high-performance tennis coaching and player development. A strong understanding of tennis strategy, technique, and conditioning. Proven track record of developing professional or nationally ranked players. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience in managing and mentoring coaching staff. Ability to create and implement strategic development plans. Knowledge of sports psychology and athlete well-being is essential. Proficiency in using technology for player analysis and development.
