Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable microservices. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in languages such as Java, Python, Node.js, or Go. Implement RESTful APIs and integrate with other services. Work with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes. Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders. Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, test, and production environments. Ensure the performance, scalability, and reliability of microservices. Contribute to architectural discussions and technology selection for microservices. Implement appropriate testing strategies for microservices.



Stay updated with emerging trends in microservices architecture and backend development. Manage database interactions, including design and optimization. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 3+ years of professional experience in backend development. Proven experience designing and developing microservices. Proficiency in at least one modern backend programming language (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js, Go). Experience with frameworks relevant to microservices (e.g., Spring Boot, Flask, Express.js). Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes). Experience with RESTful API design and development. Strong understanding of database technologies (SQL and/or No SQL). Knowledge of messaging queues (e.g., Kafka, Rabbit MQ) is a plus. Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
