Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement advanced statistical models and machine learning algorithms. Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals and success metrics. Develop data-driven strategies and recommendations to improve business outcomes. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence. Communicate complex findings and technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the team's technical growth. Ensure data integrity and the accuracy of analytical results.



Requirements Master's or Ph. D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in data science or a similar role. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and relevant libraries (e.g., Tensor Flow, Py Torch, scikit-learn). Extensive experience with SQL and No SQL databases. Deep understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning techniques, and experimental design. Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team. Experience in the Aguascalientes, Aguascalientes, MX region is an advantage.
