You will partner with operations to deliver safety, quality and cost improvements while shaping talent and succession across the site.
In this role you will lead labor relations, ensure compliance with Mexican labor law, and coach leaders in a Lean, data‐driven environment.
Strong English/Spanish communication is essential.
