Flex is seeking a Production Supervisor in Guadalajara South to lead production lines in a highly technical electronics environment.
Reporting to the Import/Export Manager, you will develop and execute QA programs to prevent defects and ensure product quality.You will manage a team, monitor performance, and drive improvements with engineers, coaching staff to meet cost, delivery, and quality targets while maintaining a safe workplace.
