The Accounts Payable Analyst is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of invoicing and T&E; reports to ensure on-time payments.
Conduct research, critical thinking and analysis to resolve invoice discrepancies and communicate professionally with suppliers and internal customers.
ResponsibilitiesAbility to analyze and process invoices at a high volume with a commitment to quality, as well as adherence to department performance metrics.
Responds to inquiries on invoice status and issues within a centralized, high-volume accounts payable environment supporting multiple locations.
Performs necessary research, acquires correct information and solves invoice issues with clear communication to ensure timely resolution.




Ability to multi-task with a high level of accuracy and prioritize and manage time effectively.
Develops and maintains positive, professional attitude and delivers outstanding service for both internal/external customers.
Education and/or ExperienceBachelor's degree in business or at least 2 years of work experience in accounting-administrative areas.
QualificationsHighly detail/analytical orientedExcellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of ERP/SAP preferredAbility to meet assigned deadlines.
Must be able to communicate in EnglishAble and willing to deliver friendly, courteous, and prompt customer service.
