Capital One is building a Site Reliability Engineering center in Mexico City.
We are hiring a Lead Site Reliability Engineer to own the reliability and operational maturity of our settlement platforms.
These are batch-critical systems that process every credit and debit transaction across the network.
You will drive observability, automation, incident response, and audit-ready artifacts for SOX and PCI-DSS while collaborating with UK engineers in a hybrid on‐prem and cloud environment.
