About the Role

Our client, a leading player in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector, is looking for a dedicated and results-oriented Trade Marketing Specialist to join their team in Hermosillo, Sonora. This role is crucial for developing and executing effective in-store strategies that drive sales and enhance brand visibility at the point of purchase. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective trade marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives and sales targets. Plan and execute in-store promotions, merchandising initiatives, and point-of-sale (POS) materials. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimize trade spend. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure successful implementation of trade programs at the retail level. Manage relationships with retail partners, understanding their needs and providing solutions that benefit both parties.



Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify potential threats and opportunities. Prepare regular reports on trade marketing activities, performance, and ROI. Ensure brand consistency and optimal product placement in retail environments. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in trade marketing, brand management, or sales within the FMCG or retail industry. Proven experience in developing and executing successful in-store promotions and merchandising programs. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market insights. Excellent understanding of retail channels and shopper behavior. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
