This role is pivotal in nurturing relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the entire recruitment process. You will be responsible for engaging with a talent pool, communicating opportunities, and representing the firm and its clients with professionalism. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from any location in Mexico. The adecuado candidate is a highly organized communicator with a passion for building connections and a deep understanding of talent engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates across various industries and skill sets. Proactively engage with candidates, providing information about current and future opportunities. Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates interacting with the firm. Manage candidate databases and track engagement efforts. Collaborate with recruitment consultants to understand talent needs and pipeline requirements. Develop and execute outreach strategies to attract diverse talent pools. Represent the firm's values and professionalism in all candidate interactions.



Contribute to employer branding initiatives through consistent and positive candidate communication. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment coordination, talent sourcing, HR, or a related client-facing role. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and networking skills. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency in using CRM systems and other recruitment tools for candidate management. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting. A proactive approach to relationship building and candidate engagement. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, or a related field. Must be authorized to work in Mexico and have a reliable remote work setup. Benefits
