About the Role

Our client, a leading innovator in Artificial Intelligence and Emerging Technologies , is seeking a visionary Director of Artificial Intelligence and Data Strategy. This is a pivotal, fully remote leadership role, spearheading the company's AI initiatives and data-driven decision-making processes. You will be responsible for defining and executing a comprehensive AI strategy that aligns with business objectives, driving innovation, and fostering a data-centric culture across the organization. We are looking for a strategic thinker with extensive experience in AI/ML, data science, and leadership. You will work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to shape the future of our AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a holistic AI and data strategy that drives business growth and innovation. Lead and mentor a team of data scientists, ML engineers, and data analysts, fostering a high-performance culture. Oversee the end-to-end AI/ML project lifecycle,



from ideation and development to deployment and optimization. Identify new opportunities for leveraging AI and data analytics to solve business challenges and create competitive advantages. Establish best practices for data governance, data quality, and AI ethics. Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to champion AI adoption and data literacy. Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and regulatory changes in the AI and data space. Manage the AI and data budget and resource allocation effectively. Communicate the AI vision and strategy to internal and external stakeholders. Requirements Master's or Ph. D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field. 10+ years of progressive experience in data science, machine learning, and AI, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role. Proven experience in developing and executing successful AI strategies for enterprises. Deep understanding of various AI/ML techniques, algorithms, and their practical applications. #J-18808-Ljbffr
