Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain blockchain protocols, distributed ledger technologies, and decentralized applications (d Apps). Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in languages such as Go, Rust, or Solidity. Design and implement smart contracts for various use cases, ensuring security and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to define project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. Integrate blockchain technology with existing systems and third-party applications. Perform code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure the reliability and stability of blockchain solutions. Stay current with the latest developments and trends in the blockchain and cryptocurrency space. Contribute to architectural decisions and technical roadmap planning.



Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to blockchain networks and applications. Document technical designs, processes, and implementations. Requirements Proven experience as a Blockchain Engineer or Software Engineer with a focus on blockchain (3+ years). Strong programming skills in languages like Go, Rust, Java, C++, or Python. Experience with smart contract development (Solidity, Vyper) and platforms like Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, or similar. Understanding of distributed ledger technology, consensus algorithms, and cryptography. Familiarity with blockchain development tools and frameworks (e.g., Truffle, Hardhat, Web3.js). Experience with API design and integration. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges. Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, collaborative team environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
