Role Description The Quality Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Guadalajara, Mexico. This role is responsible for overseeing quality management systems, defining and implementing QA processes, and ensuring that products and components meet internal standards and customer requirements.

The person in this position leads quality audits, root-cause analysis, and corrective and preventive actions, while monitoring key quality indicators and driving continuous improvement initiatives on the production floor. Daily activities include collaborating with engineering, production, and supply chain teams, reviewing test reports and inspection data,



managing quality documentation, and supporting customer and regulatory compliance.

The Quality Assurance

Manager also mentors QA staff, supports training on quality standards and methodologies, and contributes to cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing product reliability and manufacturing efficiency.

Qualifications

- 5+ years in Quality Management (EMS / electronics manufacturing)
- Strong SMT and EMS background
- Hands-on test experience — liquid cooling a plus
- ISO 9001, SPC, APQP/PPAP, Six Sigma
- Advanced English

- Strong background in quality management, including experience with quality assurance frameworks, quality control methodologies, and continuous improvement practices.
- Knowledge of relevant standards and tools such as ISO quality systems, statistical process control (SPC), root-cause analysis techniques, and corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes.
- Experience working in electronics manufacturing or high-volume production environments, preferably within general or multi-site operations.
- Proficiency in data analysis for quality metrics, use of QA reporting tools, and interpretation of test and inspection results to inform decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, coordinate cross-functional projects, and communicate clearly with engineering, production, and customer stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field; advanced certifications in quality (e.g., Six Sigma, CQE, or similar) are an advantage.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
