Role Description The Commercial Director is a full-time, on-site role located in Querétaro, responsible for leading the school’s commercial and enrollment strategy. The Commercial Director will design, implement, and lead the full commercial, marketing, and admissions strategy to grow enrollment across preschool, elementary, and middle school levels, ensuring family attraction, conversion, and retention.

Education

- Degree: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Preferred: Postgraduate degree, master's, or diplomas in marketing, sales, educational management, or commercial direction.

Experience

- Total Track Record: Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial or marketing roles.
- Leadership: At least 2 years in management or leadership positions.
- Industry Focus: Experience in the education sector (private schools, universities, academies)



or high-touch consultative sales targeting families (e.g., real estate, healthcare, home services).
- Results: Proven track record of driving customer or enrollment growth with measurable outcomes.
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Querétaro market, particularly El Marqués and surrounding residential areas, is highly desirable.

Technical Skills & Tool Proficiency

- Digital Marketing: Experience managing and executing digital campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, local SEO).
- CRM & Analytics: Hands-on experience implementing and managing CRM platforms, market research, and sales funnel data analysis.
- Business Tools: Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, budget management, and presentation tools.
- Languages: Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency (desirable).
