We are seeking an EHS Responsible to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Environmental, Health & Safety programs and management systems at our Guadalajara manufacturing facility.
This role will ensure regulatory compliance, strengthen our safety culture, and support environmental sustainability initiatives while partnering across all plant functions.Our Team:You will be part of the Manufacturing Services organization, collaborating closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Facilities, Maintenance, Quality, HR, and General Affairs to integrate EHS requirements into daily operations, facility projects, and future site growth initiatives.What You Will Do:Lead site EHS programs, policies, procedures, and continuous improvement initiativesEnsure compliance with applicable environmental, occupational health, and safety regulationsMaintain and continuously improve ISO ***** and ISO ***** management systemsSupport compliance with corporate EHS standards and applicable RBA requirementsCoordinate environmental permits, licenses, records, and regulatory documentationLead hazard identification, risk assessments, and implementation of effective controlsManage incident, injury, near-miss, and unsafe condition investigations and corrective actionsDevelop and deliver EHS training programs across the siteCoordinate emergency preparedness plans, drills, brigades, and evacuation programsDrive contractor safety programs and EHS compliance requirementsManage environmental programs related to waste, emissions, water, chemicals, and reporting requirementsSupport sustainability initiatives and corporate environmental objectivesConduct audits, inspections, compliance reviews, and risk assessmentsEstablish and communicate EHS KPIs, performance metrics,
