Omni Pontoque Resort at Punta de Mita, Omni Hotels & Resorts' first luxury resort in Mexico, is seeking a Restaurant Manager for its pre-opening phase and ongoing operations.
You will oversee the daily restaurant operations, supervise shifts, and uphold Omni standards in service, quality, and guest satisfaction.Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage, you'll help schedule, forecast, and train staff, while maintaining cost controls and clean, safe dining environments in a high-end resort#J-*****-Ljbffr
