The idóneo candidate will independently identify growth opportunities, execute creative experiments, optimize conversion rates, and take accountability for measurable business results.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across lead generation accountsDevelop and execute continuous creative testing and A/B testing strategiesIdentify performance gaps and implement data-driven improvementsOptimize landing pages, lead capture forms, surveys, and qualification funnelsMonitor key performance metrics, including CPL, CAC, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costsGenerate new testing hypotheses and identify winning creatives and strategiesCollaborate with sales teams to improve lead quality and customer acquisitionPrepare weekly performance reports, testing roadmaps, and actionable recommendationsProactively communicate challenges and take ownership of campaign performanceRequirementsProven hands-on experience in Paid Media, Performance Marketing,



and Lead GenerationDemonstrated success managing and optimizing paid advertising campaignsStrong experience with creative testing, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO)Hands-on experience improving landing pages, forms, and lead generation funnelsStrong understanding of CPL, CAC, conversion rates, and downstream sales metricsAbility to independently develop, execute, and evaluate marketing experimentsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skillsStrong written communication, documentation, and reporting abilitiesHighly proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independentlyAbility to take ownership of results, challenge assumptions, and propose solutionsAdvance English Level (C1, C2)U.S Based ExperienceBenefitsCompensation: $1,200-$1,600 USD/month, depending on experience.100% remote position.Full-time contractor opportunity.Work directly with U.S.-based businesses and leadership teams.Opportunity to take real ownership and have a direct impact on business operations.10
