Pay RateControl - £***** - £*****Shift TimesMonday to Friday *************Weekends ************* & *************Job IntroductionWe operate within the security guarding/mobile patrol industry and run an extremely busy control room, managing the allocation of guards and liaising with our clients to ensure the service runs smoothly.
You will work both a day and night shift pattern managing our staff and dealing with client request and issues at their sites.As the Controller it is your responsibility to liaise with our security personnel and clients you will possess excellent verbal and written skills.
You must have good working knowledge of the Logosoft roster management system and should have at least two years supervisory experience of rostering and managing staff and have the ability to prioritise tasks.
You must have experience of collating reports and managing issues as they arise whilst escalating incidents where necessary.You must be versátil and be able to work hours as required for the business, which may include days, nights and weekends.
