You'll improve collections performance and cash flow while ensuring every action follows legal requirements and company policies.Key responsibilitiesLead internal collection teams and coordinate external agencies.Develop recovery strategies, segment overdue accounts, and negotiate payment plans or restructurings.Monitor recovery rates, collection costs, and cash flow projections.Resolve complex cases, customer complaints,
