Paylocity is seeking a Regional Senior HR Generalist to partner with HR leadership and regional teams.
You will implement HR policies, drive employee relations, talent acquisition, compensation/pay, and compliance across the region from a Guadalajara base.In-office role with no remote option; you will manage payrollprocesses, HR programs, and data analysis to improve satisfaction and efficiency.
Strong local labor law knowledge is essential.
