About the RoleOur client is seeking a highly organized and dedicated Gerente de Operaciones de Refugio de Emergencia to manage the day-to-day functions of their critical facilities in Torreón, Coahuila, MX. This role is essential for ensuring the safety, efficiency, and compassionate delivery of services to individuals and families utilizing emergency shelter. You will be responsible for overseeing staff, managing resources, coordinating services with external agencies, and ensuring compliance with operational standards. This position is designed as a remote-first role, allowing for comprehensive oversight and coordination of operational aspects from a distance, with the possibility of occasional on-site visits as needed. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a deep commitment to serving vulnerable populations.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all aspects of daily shelter operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents.Manage and supervise shelter staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.Coordinate the intake and discharge process for residents, ensuring timely and efficient service.Manage shelter inventory, including supplies, food, and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.Develop and implement emergency protocols and safety procedures.Liaise with external agencies and service providers to connect residents with necessary resources such as healthcare, employment services, and housing.Maintain accurate records of resident stays, services provided, and operational data.Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety,
