We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized person to join our Finance team in Mexico. The Accounting Auditor ensures the accuracy of financial records and the recording of business transactions, including expenses. The role also involves managing financial functions, such as balance sheet reconciliations, while handling tasks with accuracy and critical thinking. This is a fully remote position.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Work on allocations and reclassifications as needed
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable reconciliation
- Reviewing fixed assets and their record.
- Maintain organized records, tasks, and working papers.
- Supporting internal audits and accounting projects.
- Identify inconsistencies and analyze numerical data.




- Prepare and send sales reports every other weekend in the morning.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- 5+ years of overall auditing experience

Experience with

- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Experience working with ERP systems
- Excellent computer skills, including Advanced Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
- Experience in retail or e-commerce is a plus
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
