First: Your English Must Be EXCELLENT

This is non-negotiable.

You'll be speaking with American customers every day, so we're looking for extremely fluent, natural, conversational English.

You need to be able to:

- Speak clearly and confidently
- Understand American customers easily
- Carry a natural conversation without sounding scripted
- Think quickly and respond naturally
- Build rapport within the first few seconds of a call
- Handle objections without getting nervous or giving up

If English isn't one of your strongest professional skills, don't apply.

If people regularly tell you, "Your English is amazing," we want to hear from you.

What You'll Actually Do

We generate the leads.

Your job is to turn those opportunities into booked appointments.

You'll:

- Make high-volume outbound calls to warm leads
- Answer inbound calls from interested prospects
- Follow up through calls, SMS, and email
- Find out what the customer actually wants
- Build trust quickly
- Handle objections confidently
- Ask for the appointment
- Follow up when someone doesn't book the first time
- Maintain accurate CRM notes
- Hit daily and weekly activity and booking goals

You're not cold calling random people all day.

These are people who have already shown interest.

The opportunity is there. Your job is to convert it.

Schedule

Full-Time | Remote | Night Shift — Mexico Time

You'll work during U.S. business hours and must have:

- Reliable high-speed internet
- A quiet, professional workspace
- Reliable equipment
- Consistent availability during scheduled hours

Our Expectations Are Simple

Show up. Make the calls. Follow the process. Take the coaching. Improve your numbers.

We track performance because we believe great performers deserve to know exactly where they stand.

You'll have clear expectations around:

Calls → Conversations → Appointments → Results

If your numbers aren't where they need to be, we'll coach you.

Then we expect you to apply the coaching.
