Maid to Glow is a family owned and growing residential and commercial cleaning company. We pride ourselves on professionalism, communication, and attention to detail both in the field and behind the scenes.

We are hiring a part-time Operations Assistant to support our Operations Coordinator with incoming leads, customer communication, data entry, and day-to-day operational tasks.

You will work directly with our Operations Coordinator. This is a supporting role but it is an important part of ensuring our leads, clients, and cleaning professionals receive timely assistance.

This is a remote, part-time during Eastern daytime hours (8am-5pm), Saturday-Sunday.

What You'll Do

You’ll help support daily operations and make sure customers are taken care of, and our internal systems stay organized.

Responsibilities include:

- Assist the Operations Coordinator with daily operational tasks
- Respond to new leads through Yelp, Google Local Services, phone, text, and email
- Call and follow up with prospective customers using established scripts and templates
- Enter and update lead information in our Leads Tracker and CRM
- Answer basic questions from existing customers




- Provide basic support to cleaning professionals and escalate more complex matters to the Operations Coordinator
- Maintain accurate, complete, and organized customer records
- Learn Maid to Glow’s services, pricing, policies, and Atlanta service area
- Complete follow-up tasks assigned by the Operations Coordinator

Idóneo candidates:

- Fluent and proficient in reading and writing English
- Experience in customer support, CRM management, admin coordination
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proactive communication
- Comfortable communicating with both customers and team members
- Resourcefulness - able to prioritize tasks and solve problems independently
- Tech comfortable and able to learn new systems quickly
- Professional, reliable, and calm under pressure

Pay: $140.00 - $192.00 per hour
