Operations Sub-Manager | Customs Agency

A prestigious customs agency with +25 years of solid market presence is expanding and looking for a true operations professional.

This is not an entry-level or theoretical role.

We only want candidates with real, hands-on experience running daily operations inside a Mexican customs agency.

What you’ll do

Lead and supervise the full daily operation of the agency. Guarantee regulatory compliance, smooth pediment processing, client response, and fast resolution of critical situations.

Who we’re looking for

Someone who has grown inside the customs world and can prove it:

- Real experience working inside customs and merchandise reviews
- Full cycle of foreign trade operations and documentation
- Tariff classification, trade agreements, non-tariff regulations




- Direct client handling and problem-solving under pressure
- Team coordination + basic administrative/financial follow-up (suppliers & collections)

You must be decisive, organized, and able to take ownership when things get complicated. Academic degrees are secondary — proven track record in the customs sector is what matters.

Schedule: Mon–Fri 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (availability required for operational needs outside regular hours)
