We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong kitchen management skills, extensive culinary expertise, and a passion for excellence in food quality, service, and team development.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Operations: Oversee food preparation, cooking, and plating processes to ensure the highest quality standards. Manage production logistics and food dispatch operations. Provide exceptional customer service to international clients, ensuring a clear understanding of commissary requirements and expectations.
- Staff Management: Schedule shifts, assign responsibilities, train team members, and lead staff to ensure efficient and successful service operations.
- Administration: Manage inventory levels, control food costs, perform recipe costing, develop menus, and maintain effective relationships with vendors and suppliers.




- Hygiene & Safety: Ensure full compliance with health regulations, sanitation procedures, and food safety standards at all times.

Experience & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Gastronomy, Culinary Arts, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Proven experience in kitchen operations management and training program development.
- Strong culinary management background, with experience in both quick-service restaurants (QSR) and fine dining establishments.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and team development skills.

Sueldo: $23,000.00 - $25,000.00 al mes
