Responsibilities

- CNC program preparation and optimize.
- Determine the clamping method and check whether the clamping of the workpiece is reliable.
- Sample test and machine setup.
- Choose suitable tools and determine the machine parameter for good quality and efficiency.
- Daily 5S, handling daily problems on the production line, make sure production achieve output and quality target.
- Other tasks arranged by superior.

Requirements

- More than 2 years of work experience, familiar with Frank, Mitsubishi, Brother and other operation panels, with experience in processing large parts.
- Familiar with CNC machining process flow, capable of simple manual programming and program modification.
- Familiar with the maintenance and easy maintenance of CNC equipment and cutting tools.
- Able to adapt to day and night shifts.
- Strong sense of responsibility, able to endure hardship, and obedient to work arrangements.

Other: English skill is a plus.
