The St. Regis in Playa del Carmen, part of Marriott International, is seeking a non-management server to provide exemplary service in a full-time role.
You will serve courses and beverages, set tables, answer menu questions, and coordinate with the kitchen.You will log orders in MICROS, monitor guest satisfaction, maintain clean work areas, and complete closing duties.
The position requires standing for extended periods and strong guest service skills.
