Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Affiliate / Business Development Manager to expand our regional presence and identify new business opportunities in the textile raw materials market.
The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, customer relationship management, and business development within the textile industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential buyers and sellers of textile raw materials in the local market.
- Develop new business opportunities based on regional market demand.
- Conduct regular customer visits and build long-term business relationships.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
- Promote the company's products and strengthen its regional market presence.
- Work from a co-working space and establish connections with industry professionals.
- Follow up promptly with buyers regarding product requirements, inquiries, and quotations.
- Coordinate and maintain documentation for business deals and transactions.
- Submit daily MIS reports and market updates to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
- Minimum 2–3 years of sales or business development experience in the textile industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English and the local language.
- Proven sales track record with a target-driven approach.
- Strong negotiation, follow-up, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and develop new business relationships.
- Good understanding of the local textile market and customer requirements.
