Role Description The Construction Supervisor will oversee day-to-day construction activities, including planning, organizing, and supervising site operations to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with contractors and subcontractors, monitoring progress against project schedules, managing resources and materials, and maintaining accurate documentation and reports. This role also involves enforcing construction safety protocols, resolving issues that arise on-site,



and collaborating with project stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Qualifications

- 7-10 years of construction experience in a superintendent/construction management role.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Must have supervisory skills, including team leadership, performance monitoring, and on-site coordination.
- Must have Budgeting and Project Control skills to manage costs, track expenditures, and maintain project schedules.
- Must have Construction and Construction Safety skills to oversee site work, ensure regulatory compliance, and implement safety procedures.
- Must have experience in managing construction projects, preferably residential.
