Sales Analyst $45,000 - $50,000. We are seeking Sales Analysts based in Mexico to join our team. The primary responsibility of these roles is to validate commercial transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness. The successful candidates will play a crucial role in enhancing our performance in this area, as it significantly impacts our collection processes.

Responsabilidades

- Key Responsibilities:
- Validate Pricing: Ensure every price invoiced matches the customer purchase orders.
- Invoice Verification: Confirm that every invoice generated references the proper customer purchase order.
- Quantity Verification: Ensure the quantities on every invoice match the underlying shipping documents.
- Accuracy Checks: Conduct thorough checks to ensure all commercial transactions are accurate and complete.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve discrepancies in pricing, quantities, and documentation to prevent collection issues.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all validations and discrepancies found,



including the actions taken to resolve them.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, finance, and shipping departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports to management on the status of validations and any recurring issues.

Cualificaciones

- Educación mínima requerida: Universitario titulado
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in sales analysis, finance, or a related role.
