Position Overview

We are seeking a highly accomplished senior executive with extensive experience leading complex operations, driving organizational transformation, and delivering sustainable business results.

The idóneo candidate will have a proven track record in large-scale organizations, with demonstrated success managing multiple business units, optimizing financial and operational performance, and leading high-performing executive teams.

This position requires a strategic leader capable of translating corporate objectives into measurable results while maintaining operational excellence, financial discipline, and long-term competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities

- Executive Leadership: Provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple business units, functions, and geographical locations.
- Operational Excellence: Drive productivity, efficiency, cost optimization, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
- Financial Performance: Assume accountability for operational budgets, profitability, cost structures, and financial performance indicators.
- Business Transformation: Lead organizational restructuring, digital transformation, process optimization, and strategic improvement initiatives.
- Strategic Execution: Translate corporate strategies into actionable operating plans with clearly defined performance objectives.
- Organizational Development: Build and lead high-performing management teams, strengthening leadership capabilities and succession planning.
- Cross-Functional Management: Ensure effective collaboration among operations, finance, commercial, supply chain, human resources, and technology.




- Growth and Expansion: Support business expansion, capacity development, strategic investments, and new market opportunities.
- Corporate Governance: Ensure compliance with corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and established governance standards.
- Performance Management: Establish and monitor key performance indicators to ensure operational accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- MBA or relevant postgraduate degree strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive professional experience, including at least 7 years in senior executive leadership positions.
- Proven experience managing large-scale operations within major national or multinational organizations.
- Demonstrated responsibility for significant operating budgets, financial performance, and organizational results.
- Strong expertise in P&L; management, strategic planning, operational efficiency, and organizational transformation.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across multiple facilities, business units, or geographical locations.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, analytical, and executive decision-making capabilities.
- Advanced English proficiency required.
- Ability to interact effectively with CEOs, boards of directors, shareholders, and international corporate leadership.
