Position Overview

We are seeking an accomplished and strategically oriented Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial strategy, capital management, and long-term financial performance of a major organization operating in Mexico.

The adecuado candidate will have extensive experience managing complex financial operations, leading high-performing finance teams, and supporting executive decision-making within large national or multinational corporations.

This position requires an executive capable of combining financial discipline with strategic business leadership, ensuring sustainable profitability, operational efficiency, effective capital allocation, and long-term shareholder value creation.

The CFO will serve as a key strategic partner to the Chief Executive Officer, Board of Directors, and executive leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

- Financial Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligned with corporate objectives, business expansion, and long-term profitability.
- Financial Leadership: Oversee all financial functions,



including accounting, treasury, tax, financial planning and analysis, controllership, and corporate finance.
- Profitability Management: Drive improvements in EBITDA, operating margins, cash flow generation, and return on invested capital.
- Capital Allocation: Lead investment evaluations, capital expenditure planning, financing strategies, and resource allocation decisions.
- Corporate Governance: Ensure financial transparency, regulatory compliance, internal controls, and adherence to applicable accounting standards.
- Strategic Planning: Lead annual budgeting, financial forecasting, long-range planning, and financial performance analysis.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate financial, operational, liquidity, and market-related risks.
- Business Transformation: Support organizational restructuring, financial process optimization, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Mergers & Acquisitions: Evaluate strategic acquisitions, partnerships, divestitures, and investment opportunities.
