Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Position Overview

We are seeking an accomplished and results-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to provide strategic leadership, drive operational excellence, and ensure the organization's sustainable growth and long-term profitability.

The idóneo candidate will have a proven track record of leading complex organizations, developing and executing business strategies, and delivering measurable financial and operational results.

This executive will be responsible for the company's overall performance, strategic direction, organizational effectiveness, and corporate culture, ensuring alignment among shareholders, customers, employees, and other key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Economics, or a related discipline.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree required.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience, including significant responsibility in senior executive or general management positions.
- Demonstrated experience managing business operations, financial performance, and cross-functional executive teams.
- Strong financial acumen, including P&L; management, budgeting, strategic planning, and capital allocation.
- Proven ability to develop and execute business strategies that deliver sustainable growth and profitability.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, communication, and decision-making capabilities.
- Strong business judgment, analytical thinking, and ability to operate effectively in complex and demanding environments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead organizational transformation, develop executive talent, and establish a high-performance culture.
