Park Hyatt Mexico City Polanco seeks a Mixologist to lead the property's beverage program, crafting exceptional cocktails and guest experiences.
With a minimum of 3 years in luxury hospitality, you should hold a Mixology certification (IBA) or equivalent, know spirits and trends, manage inventory and POS, and coach a team fluent in English and Spanish.
Rotating shifts, weekends and holidays required.
