About the RoleOur client, a dynamic and rapidly growing technology firm in Guadalajara , Jalisco, is seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead their HR department. This role is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that support business objectives, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and organizational development. You will play a crucial role in shaping the company culture, fostering employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with all labor laws. We are looking for a visionary HR leader who can drive talent initiatives and build a robust, supportive work environment in the bustling city of Guadalajara .Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the company's mission, vision, and values.Oversee all aspects of talent acquisition, including recruitment, interviewing, selection, and onboarding processes.Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions effectively.Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.Implement and manage performance appraisal systems,



promoting a culture of continuous feedback and development.Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and foster career growth.Ensure compliance with all national and local labor laws and regulations.Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture through engagement initiatives and employee well-being programs.Advise senior management on HR-related issues and strategic workforce planning.Maintain accurate HR records and manage HR information systems (HRIS).RequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related fieldMaster's degree preferredMinimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a management roleProven experience in talent management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and HR complianceStrong knowledge of Mexican labor law and HR best practicesExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsStrategic thinking and problem-solving abilitiesExperience with HRIS and payroll systemsAbility to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, balancing remote and in-office responsibilitiesDemonstrated ability to foster a positive and engaging company cultureHigh level of confidentiality and integrityBenefitsOur client offers a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, life insurance, retirement savings plans, and generous paid time off.
